man! i am in a rush...track day in 3 days! and it wont run! Mad

my bike was workin ok(one cylinder was not igniting as good)
both plugs very very rich etc...but the bike ran ok....did not conk out or anythin

then today...started it up..and went for a short ride. went ok(feels like power down tho).once i get to a light and stop, then start to go..bottom cylinder dies. then eventually the other one too..went home and cleaned the very carbon covered plugs..fired up. short ride..same thing again. seems like the biek is ok if you keep it revvin higher than say 6000.

i dunno where to look...i took the old air filter off cos it was shagged and maybe thought it was restricting air.but no..same thing

are my float needle stuffed? flooding? whats a good way to test the float needle?

where would you guys look?

cheers!
