Aikawa, I'm afraid no-one on here will tell you it'll be fine, as every bike is different.

Some of us have swapped entire exhausts systems and not rejetted, others have fitted cans alone and siezed.

You SHOULD be ok with just a can swap, but check your plugs after riding a few miles just to see what's going on. What colour are they now?
