Hmmm, Dave, theres a divider in the airbox, it's effectivley 2 airboxes (well the '28 is anyway) so the carbs can't mess each others flow up, so maybe block both of a bit more unless you fancy running on just one cylinder
The problem being for 33 bhp is got to be an approved kit, I suppose you could dyno the bike after so show it was 33bhp, I don't see how they'd argue.
I don't know why they didn't do them all (33bhp kits) as just throttle stops, then the running of the bike wouldn't be messed up at all
