a 7 ton press later and they popped out, these are definatly an interferance fit im not sure they are suposed to come out but they are now, should see the shape of the old sproket 
Mr Honda Dealer down the road pushed them out for free but was convinced that i should use a honda one....Oh well he warned its a bit harder than it looks well it was for me
