In Denmark a EU noise test would cost around 1400 euro but a guy I found, charged me only 140 for a type approval from the german TŪV (its their MOT).
With the noise test and a japanese registration paper, I will be able to register the bike.
If you can find a cheap bike that has been registered a min. of 6 months in f.ex. UK, you can register it anywhere in the EU. You can use your bike for spares or trackdays.
If you must have a pollution test, maybe it can be had from Germany, as they used to demand that the bikes be equipped with a catalyzer.

As for spares, buy them from Apex in UK or Tyga in Thailand. They can get them all.
