EU is crazy... Yes, acording to UE laws and requirements of homologation forms and test, if you buy a bike or car, anywhere in europe, you don't need to homologate for a second time the bike, because is all redy homologated on spain.
Type approval of the TÜV is not valid on Spain, as the TUV isn't valid (is not road legal homologation) In Spain, bikes and cars from other countrys of the EU only can be used with out a new homologation if they have a CEE homologation test or a Spanish homologation test. Single vehicle approval should be make with the NSR. All of these is "official argument" of Honda Spain.
As long as I know, some people import not less than 50 NSR250 to Spain (one is the bike that appears in "featured bike" on this web page, as the robby rolfo replica of Frank Mitchell) So, I want to know what type of homologation the mae for the bike (perhaps a homologaton type...)
As well, as all of these things are trully hard to understand, and to make, I've contacted a bike magazine, to ask they for a solution...

Talking about the first of my posts, since I have a car bulder facility as my personal bussines (EgoSprint Automotive Engineering) and we work developing new cars and homologating new types of car, perhaps I will consider to build a road version of other hot 250cc race bikes in short term, let we see how can we get in order the NSR first
