Yep, that's it, just earth those three other wires and it works.
Wow, jetting, well that's the real question isn't it?
You can go one of two ways, either just run bigger main jets or get the HRC jet kit and do it "properly". For the cost of the kit and the fact it does give you not only a good selection of jets but also the adjustable needles I don't see why you would mess about. Some people say the mid range is better with the power jets but mine is (was ) pretty good anyway.
I have no personal experience of running the bike without the HRC jet kit so can't help there but to show how hard it is to predict I do know of at least one bike (an '18 ) running leaner than standard jetting that gives over 60bhp, presumably as the Tyga pipes scavange better than the stock ones.
As for jetting advice all there is really is the HRC and JHA base settings which are for an open airbox, no oil pump and the jet kit fitted (which means no power jets). So I'm going to say you'll end up a fair bit below that (not an open air box and the oil pump in situ) so maybe start at 190/192 (190 on the top cylinder as it runs hotter and is therefore less efficient) and the middle of the b needle?
Please be very careful, do NOT do a plug chop for 10 seconds in 6th straight away, just do one up to about 12000rpm in 4th first, then 5th if it's ok etc. Set as above it should be well on the safe side anyway but..............
Andy, you wanna mod these numbers out mate please feel free, I know your feelings on the matter but you've got to start somewhere.
Or take it to a dyno and trust someone else
*The above post is not to be taken as gospel, I accept no responsability for any seizure and will not be paying for any replating other than my own, the fact mine needs doing at all may well indicate I have no idea what I'm talking about.
Oh yeah, and if '28's are supposed to stall when the side stand is put down and they're in gear (like the diesels do) the HRC card removes that too.
