I think they were hoping to pass the first one they had off as original, perfect etc. and the price would certainly indicate that, it was however a total pup and worth about 2p at the most.
This one doesn't shout "been dropped hard" quite as clearly and it's £1k less so it may be better, it's still been sprayed with the same lack of care though, overspray inside the fairing is not what I'd expect on a standard £3k+ NSR.

And please don't post massive pictures, those 2 are over 280Kb between them.
