45bhp is really easy to overcome on the MC28 if you know what you are doing. Heck, just look at Tyga's site and see what they did, WITHOUT an HRC keycard! How is that so much more expensive to do than an MC21? And from what I have seen, there is almost no difference at all in the MC21/28 barrels, except the 21 has thicker exhaust valves.

There are a few including myself who are pushing nearly 70hp with our 28's, and not with a 300 kit!
