Hmmmm, this is how proxy bid auctions work, you bid the amount you're willing to pay and the person who bids most wins
This is the prices for the kit
spark upper $215
fender $63
seat $200
tail light $33
headlight $82
Total $593+postage from Thailand which apparently would be $200.
So that's $793, now presuming the buyer is doing a Tyga NSR and even if he takes off the price of the slightly damaged tail (all that generation tail units crack there, mine is on both sides a bit) and ignores the fact it's painted he could happily bid more;
$793 minus $200 for the tail equals $593, maybe knock $100 off as your going to need to ship a 250 GP lower cowling and possibly a tail from Tyga anyway, so now worth $493 then take a bit off as it's second hand kit and post inthe US isn't free.
So it's worth at least $350-400 even if the seat is scrap (which it isn't, so $450 is more realistic), the guy still got an absolute bargain, if you wanted it you should have bid what it's worth, you could have happily put $400 on it, if he outbids you still then fine, he wants it more
To be fair if he wants a Repsol Tyga spark NSR and the tail is useable it's worth the best part of $1000 to him.
Everyone has got no feedback at sometime, the first thing I ever bought was a £200 ($350) set of rearsets, I still paid.
