I went to take up an offer of a few test rides this afternoon only to find my best kit (and fave) is all mould infested.
I've sent the leathers to be cleaned but I have a prob. My RX7 Corsairs' innards come out for cleaning except the very bottom lip of padded material. It looks to be glued in - anyone got any input on its removal for cleaning or renewal ?
The next downer is that my all time fave lid that I've had for the last 18 years (Arai F1 in Randy Mamola colours) needs new innards.
Anyone suggest where you can get the innards for classic Arai ?
Yeah I know it's old and probably dangerous but for the kind of crash that will happen when I'm using it, it will be ok.
