easiset way to find out for sure is get the front off the ground and spin the wheel by hand,hold something against the fork leg close to the disc but not touching it,as the wheel spin so does the disc and if there is warpage(is that a word ???) the disc should move towards the thing against the fork leg
if not the disc is fine and it could be head race bearings or wheels bearings
