Good luck getting that stuff off.
I've tried paint stripper, thinners, acetone, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and mixtures of all of the above. The best result was with a paint stripper and thinners mix, while heating it with the hot air gun.
In the end I used a scalpel and lots of patience.
Most of the components are available, but it'll be fun finding the dodgy part unless it's quite obviously blown to bits.
