In 99% of applications, the stock BR9ECM will be fine in both cylinders.
Some modified engines may want to go to BR10ECMs, depending on the combustion chamber temperature. It starts getting a little technical, but there was a recent thread about it.
The greatest benefit of the HRC plugs to most people is the clearance to the stock bodywork. The plugs themselves will produce a more focussed high energy spark, but the heat range isn't best suited to a stock motor. You don't have to be running a head conversion to benefit from them however, and if I can get the 9.5s then they will be fine in a stock setup.
Oh, and I just changed my mind, the greatest benefit will be the Poser Points once the new page is completed and published!!
