Mate, worth a look at the pads, im with everyone here it sounds like your disc's BUT i had a bike fail its MOT on a warped disc, but when i took her home i noticed the pads had uneven wear on them , i cleaned the calipers up, replaced the pads and went back to the garage, passed no problem, vibration had gone, the old pads had worn in a wedge shape and under braking felt like a warped disc with big vibration and a judder. worth a look! might save you some cash!
