Should I buy this NSR250 mc18 ?

Hey Everyone! I am new to the boards but I thought you could help me with a decision about buying an 89 NSR250. I am in the US where the bike is very rare and never imported, I am sure parts will be difficult to find. I am not even sure I will be able to get the bike registered as it has no title/paperwork at the moment, but damn they are cool looking bikes Very Happy I love the little 2 stroke streetbikes, I currently have an 84 RZ350, two RD350's and four RD400's.

Here is the original ad placed by the seller:
it is an 89 with 15,000 kilometers on the clock.......never raced.....motor, tranny seem solid......frame VIN has ( ithink) has 11 digits on it.
Black market NSR-250 MC-18 street bike. Two Stroke V-Twin motor with oil injection. Never imported into the U.S. Powerful motor in light weight aluminun perimeter frame. Triple disc brakes. Motorcycle is 90% restored and has all parts. It is mechanically sound and runs fine. Has been stored for 5 years in my garage and I don't have time to finish it. It has NO paperwork but it would not be difficult to license and title as an "assembled" motorcycle. Needs to be painted and all bodywork is primered and ready. Many new parts. Picture is a generic photo, not of the actual bike. Serious inquiries only. $2000

How difficult is it to find parts like gaskets, clutch plates etc...?

What do you think?
Thanks,
Ken
