Hi KenC and welcome. You might contact your local DMV and ask about getting it titled. I would also try to get actual pics of the bike. As far as parts go, Tyga Performance can get about anything if your local Honda shop can't. You can find specific part numbers here on this site in the parts manual.
The title issue comes up a lot. You might find some useful info by doing a site search.Hope that helps.
