I am not sure what I got myself into but what the hell. I went and checked the bike out this evening. The owner is a local police officer and had a friend in Thailand that owned a motorcycle shop. The guy gave him the bike for free if he paid to ship it to the states.
It has kind of high milage at 34,000km ? Is that high? How many miles is that? The bike is complete and has had alot of the regular tune up stuff already done to it, fork seals, chain/sprockets, brakes, tires etc... It is all primered right now, so it needs paint. It is all stock as far as I could tell. I will pick it up this weekend. I would like to get my hands on a manual if anyone knows where I could buy one.
I look forward to taking on this project and will be jumping into it as soon as my RZ350 is finished!
I am sure I will have a ton of questions and I hope I don't become too bothersome.
