That makes a little sense..
I did my test back in 1988, rode around the block a few times with a borrowed wax Belstaff jacket on and a dayglow derek - did the stuff and passed !

One think worth noting is that in the late 80's the breakers yards were full of busted to hell RD's and every town had its share of the people that used to ride them - they were either in wheelchairs or on crutches or pushing up dasies.

You don't see that much these days - around here there are around 4 guys all victims of the pass test - go fast era so I think on results the current tests ight be working a little ?
