It was (er, is) but there are issues with it.
The main problem is that the full-floating bobbins touch the underside of the stock brake pads. We thought about machining a small amount off the bottom of the pad, but it could cause the pads to wear unevenly, and thus may affect the operation of the brake. As I use the rear brake a lot, I decided against this.
The rear disk as it stands, would be ideal in an F3 application where an "underslung" caliper is used in conjunction with a narrow-track RS250 disk.
So, at the moment, the full-floating rear disk is on the back burner I'm afraid.
