Does the cush drive (carrier) press off the rear rim? I'm referring to the piece that looks to be part of the rim that the rubber bushings and bearing go into. On my rim it is black vs. red like the rest of the rim. There looks to be a rubber gasket of some sort squished between it and the rim.
