Sorry if this has been covered a zillion times...but....
I have an MC 18 racer. I have a couple of spare cylinders, marked F2.
For no good reason, I tried a used pre '95RS125 piston and ring in them. Fits! So can I use RS125 Pistons and rings in it? The pitfalls are...?
It doesn't do more then 500 Kms a season, and I'm prepared to replace these bits annually. Alternatively, where do I get MC18 pistons from? Presently, I bought it rebuilt, but the seller won't reply to Emails, because I asked where the spare gearbox and wheels were, so I don't know where in Oz he got his parts from! Private replies to tied777@westnet.com.au are fine if you will.
