se and sp forks are not the same, the '28sp had fancy blue adjusters and alledgedly (according to Graeme France) different internals, then again he was trying to sell me some to "replace" my se ones so he's likely to talk them up.
If it has the blue adjusters I'd be inclined to believe it's an sp, it's certainly the hardest part of a '28 sp to fake and the bit you'd struggle to find.

As far as I know there is no list of frame number to model available.

Is the bodywork real OE Honda Rothmans, i.e. it's plastic gel coat white and all decals, not painted at all? Does it look EXACTLY like this?
You can also just see the blue fork tops in that pic which incidentally cannot be retro fitted to se forks easily.

'95 is only one year out for a Rothmans.

Magteks turn up from time to time, I got some. As do the even lighter post '93 RS wheels.

It's also worth noting there are no late r '28's, Honda dropped the r model (or more likely had made too many already) from production in '95 and the sp in 96, the se ran till '99.
