R suspension V's SE/SP Suspension

rc46 » Tue May 02, 2006 6:03 pm

I have some se/sp suspesion on the way, But im wondering if the se/sp stuff is stiffer, Of course i could just try it and find out. I did have a go on a bike with SE/SP stuff but diddnt try to wang it round corners as it wasmy first ride on a diffrent bike. Anyway, My R suspesion (for 16years old) is pretty good the front forks are good but the rear always seemd under sprung (could be cause im a fat git) is the se/sp rear unit any better/stiffer? i may wack a new spring on it if nessesary. I have also heard that putting the R spring onto the sp/se rear is a good move but if its undersprung will this not have the same effect? comments please Thanks
