I didnt like the feel of my 18 R forks so after some advice from Stephen RC45 I added some more fork oil as the amount Honda say to use is set around a 8 stone Jap rider and i'm 14 stone ,so after playing around the best result I found was to add 75cc to each leg,They now feel spot on
