I'm not a lawyer, but under contract law, if an insurance company writes it, they have to pay it. IF the contract is ambiguious then the law will favor on your side. It is the nature of insurance companies not pay, even when they know thay have to. They know that most people will never fight it. Just make sure you read the contract ca.refully.
