Well, so far, I have tried Vermont online and came close, but they did not like the Vin #, too short for them... lol

I looked at Maine, did not see any online way of Registering and that is a long drive!

I am wondering if anyone has gotten an assigned VIN number in AZ... I was told that could possibly work if you know a connection.
