I wouldn't worry as much about registraition as I would about getting it past customs. Once its here, we can find a way to register it. Get it here first. Most people import bikes like these as race machines. But it would be better if if you shipped it without lights and other road going equipment. But customs doesn't check every container. I think if you shipped the motor seperatly it could just be called parts. Its not really a motor vehicle if it doesn't have a motor.
