you might be right,i thought they were 1200 but it was a long time a go.i know they only used very very small amounts of 2 stroke oil per gallon of petrol.ive often wondered what happeded to the engine,as ford and yamaha never said no more about it.i dont think thay had any problems with it,as you said it was better than the 1.6 .
