If you are using the 030 card then stick with the MC28 flywheel. No 030 card and MC21 flywheel will work nice or stock card and a modified Woodruff key (sorry forgot this part name in English Embarassed ) will be fine too. Don't mix em up or you could be in for a very serious and expensive mistake.

As for the forks, if you are looking to use the stock brakes go with Fontyyy's advice, you can use the stock calipers (MC28) and wheel but will need the larger 296mm discs. Or if you can find a set of RS250 forks/triples go for those as they are lighter and have better adjustment...but will not fit your stock brake calipers...but they do allow bolt on fitment of Brembo (40mm pitch) calipers. You can still use your front wheel and will also need the larger 296mm discs like on the older CBR600 and RVF400 bikes. Which ever set you decide on will still need to have a custom made stem shaft made up for you......I'd go for the Honda RS250 forks if you can find and afford em, good luck !!
