You done the wiresplice? HRC card needs it or it does not work.

See bottom of http://www.nsr-world.com/tuning/250-tuning/ignition/ for details, std card still works (normally), check your jetting if the HRC card does get it running, it will need to be richer than std.
If it's totally stock, I'd put some 155 mains in (std is 140) just to be safe, with std pipes and airbox it might be OK but on the other hand it could be $5 well spent.........you don't have to join me in the seized it first day club
