I took a phone call from a friend last night, and I'm guessing we were discussing your recent acquisition!! :D

Couple of things that will help you out immensely are MC18/21 carbs/inlet manifold/reed blocks (MC16 is 28mm, '18/'21 is 32mm) and MC18 electronics. The MC16 electronics aren't restricted, they are just "old hat". The MC18 has a much better ignition system.

One of the guys here has a set of race pipes. If he owns up then maybe you could sweet-talk him into measuring them up or even getting them copied, as they are rarer than Kawasaki GP championships!

The motors respond exceptionally well to porting, but 60hp can be attained with stock porting - you'll be more in need of some good brakes/suspension by that point!! ;)
