Again! this time is crankcase inlet

Blackbunny » Sat Jun 17, 2006 6:09 am

Thanks for every answer for this hybrid motor. now i'm sure that it's not a MC21 engine may be 18 or 28 and do wiring GPS's 3rd gear to earth all time will effect side stand switch safety function? so let try ..

Now.. my crankcase was splitted for replacing of bearing, connecting rod and sealer and I notice that lower cylinder inlet( right carb) has an excess lug that result the right inlet area is less than left inlet area about 30%!! I can't find the way to attach the picture along but I can really say it's much smaller.>(30% by sight.. about 7-8 mm each side and top side) should both inlet look similar? ?What result the designer aim from these lug? port velocity or it's just a restriction?

Could I take some benefit if those lug are grinded off ?

please let me know ..every idea are very welcome > I'm trying to make this bike's great run as far as possible

.... and how could i know that a oil and power jet solinoid are work properly?? .... very thanks
