The pics of my TZR 3XV should have been the other way round though: Firstly in 'fully dressed and ready to go' mode, and then in semi-naked disgrace after it thoughtfully mocked my earlier description of the 3XV motor as 'bulletproof' by spitting it's dummy (crank) on only my second session of the day

Still had a top day out though; being around that many strokers always makes me feel like a junkie in an unlocked chemists. Thanks in particular to Martin, Fonty and Wayne for loaning me their bikes so I could get some track time after mine went pop. And to NSR-world Andy, despite his (very) thinly disguised glee that a Yam' was the only bike to lunch itself all day (as far as I'm aware).

As an added bonus (always best to think positive when your motor's just eaten iteslf I think), while I'm waiting for parts for the 3XV rebuild I might finally find the time to properly sort the MC21.
Thanks again to Andy for organising a great day out. It was worth going just to take the air.
Cheers all. it was good to put some faces to names.
