It was always fed fully synthetic 2T, any always hit 12,000rpm in every gear on every journey at some point, so it had a pretty hard life!

It was bolloxed when it was removed though!!

I'd expect to be looking closely at any crank with 25,000km on it, especially if you don't know it's history. I had my MC21 from 3000km, and even in that short a time I'm not convinced it was that well cared for!
