Well pickle my grits. I feel a right tool for not finding out the truth before wagging my chin. Embarassed

Thanks for the link to the crank bearings guy, pbekkerh.

I hadn't heard of apex leisure before, but I've been through the tyga site before and couldn't find several of the things I need. I'll double-check with this apex leisure site though, maybe they've got them.

While I have your collective knowledge to go from, though, does anyone do kits for rebuilding, for example a gasket kit or big and small end bearing kit? I'm trying to replace all these and more, but would prefer to do it as cheaply as possible.

Lastly. j911brick, you mention that the center bearing can be a bit tricky. I'm doing all the work that I know how to do myself, with my mechanic housemate helping with the rest. We weren't planning on paying any specific two-stroke professionals to do anything except for the jetting. When you say tricky, do you mean "search the forums and read the instructions" tricky, or "oh god you don't want to do this unless you're some kind of gp mechanic" tricky?

Thanks to you both for the quick replies.
