In case you hadn't already seen the other threads, the only other supplier of NSR bits in Aus seem to be in Melbourne - ie "NSR imports" (no I don't have a contact, but the CMS guys can hook you up - believe it or not, they have a reasonable idea about the nsr - but nothing compared to the knowledge on here- as the owner of the place just fixed one up for himself).

Hail, fellow subject of Beattie. As I understand it, NSR Imports closed down a while back, or they weren't dealing with NSRs any more. I called a couple of years ago looking for gaskets and they told me they didn't have any parts and weren't getting any more.

I feel somewhat sheepish for slagging off a company when I was the one who didn't know his proverbial from a hole in the ground, but I have had mixed experiences at CMS. One of the guys there is very helpful every time I talk to them, then I'll tget put on to a different person who tells me that they refuse to deal with NSRs any more, then I get different advice from a third person and so on. Either way, as soon as I can get the parts manual to work without crashing my browser I'll give them a ring again, I'd much rather buy stuff from a local shop (I live a stones throw away from CMS) than someone overseas.

Regarding the NSR that's been done up there, are you talking about the MC21 Rothmans? Mark at CMS told me that one of their young mechanics did it up, rather than the owner. Either way it's a beaut looking bike.
