I`ve got a spare barrel I got with my bike that someone butchered trying to drill out a snapped exhaust stud. I`m going to have the same thing done to it.

How was it done?
I have tried, but in this mechanically undeveloped country I couldn't find anyone who could remove a broken top stud.
