I can't say Ive had any trouble at all with Pirelli's. The RC45 on slicks at a wet Cadwell was a bit of a handful but thats the only trouble I've had.

The Dunlops are a good safe bet (the GPR70 that is) though I think Fontyyy told me they were stoping production of them soon or already have done so stocks will soon be limited.
