I would actually hazzard a guess that it's easier to wheelie like that with a pillion, and on that kind of bike (not trying to take anything away from the lad) due to the limited power delivery and the change of CoG.
It's a great video though, especially when anything more than about 10" of air under my front wheel scares the sh*t out of me!!
I wish I have video of your Dash Matt! I remember one evening in particular where I think we'd had maybe one too many Blue Cruisers in HQ and you were following the taxi I was in doing rolling burnouts and at one point came flying past on the back wheel! Doesn't mean much to most people on here, until they find out what a Dash is!!
