Tricky one this.

You're going to have to check all the places the wiring loom runs close to the frame, as it's likely that some insulation has worn through and is causing a short.

Personally, I'd disconnect both leads from the battery, then do a continuity test between each pin of the plugs and the chassis to find out which one is causing the short.
