New seals for a '16 are available from a Honda dealer for £10 and £20 each and if you are in early enough the dealer should be able to get them for the next day. If you are going to take the crank out then it might be a good idea to order two outer bearings from Dietrmar in Australia, you should get both shipped for £60ish. I put a s/h crank in mine when the bearing let go at 44,000kms but I will be ordering bearings incase the s/h crank suffers the same fate. ( hope that doesn't jinx things )
