In fact if the '28 one was destined for the racer anyway surely just the '21 one is a fair swap? The racer is a '21 I guess?

Come on Chester, how much for the '21 tank, bearing in mind it's for the racer, I've got a 600 miles round journey to deliver it and trips to Plymouth always seem to hit the credit card pretty hard?
