HRC like to jet very rich when the bike leaves the factory. I remember trying to run in my RS125 when I first got it. The thing would barely run on the supplied main jet, and it wouldn't rev past about 11 grand.

These days I ignore suggestions about richening the fueling or more oil etc etc. I just bung the new parts in, heat cycle them a couple of times, and ride it 'til it breaks.
