The only "box" I know of that plugs directly into the PGM-II is the HRC delimiter. A photo or more info would be handy.

A new servo would benefit you immensely in my opinion. I have ridden an Eric Gorr tuned MC18 with static RC Valves that went like a rocket, but drop out of the powerband and you lose so much go! A fully operational RC Valve system is much better.

You need to check the power jet system. You will probably find that the brass tubes into the float bowls are blanked (usually with epoxy, but I do know someone who used matchsticks!! Rolling Eyes), therefore eliminating the need for PJ blanks. It does the same job as soldering up the standard PJ's, but is much harder to reverse! What size mains are the carbs running?
