Didn't the ad say it had a title? Looks to me like a regular R model so I think the price would be high unless it was in mint condition.
Caper: you might want to rethink getting a fixer. It can expensive real fast. There are not tons of used parts around so many parts you will have to buy new. I thought I was getting a fair deal on my bike @ $3,500. Figured it might need a fixing up. It looked good and had low miles. The seller was not totally forthcoming though and it ended up needing a full rebuild with new crank because the seller left it parked out doors. Much of the rubber was bad as well. So now I'm probably over $8k for my cheap little fixer upper.
