Hi, 46HRCL relates to the type of unit and is not a part number. Several bikes use a 46HRCL shock, not just the NSR.
46= piston diameter (mm).
H= hose mounted reservoir.
R= adjustable rebound.
C= adjustable compression.
L= adjustable length.

The other figures you quoted probably refer to a part number and a spring rate.
