Hope you can help me (sorry for my bad English)

I am a new NSR OWNER just got my sweet NSR yesterday

just got my NSR MC21 yesterday, the bike was sitting in a dusty storeroom for years we have manage to start the bike and take it back to my garage really bad running.

I started to dismantle the bike and i saw that the inlet manifold is really bad condition other tubes and plastics are good and not cracked since the bike was inside. I also want to clean the carbs but the cup screws are really shacked i can't get them off any ideas how to do it?

I also see on top of the reeds a yellow plastic is that a restriction shall i remove that?

I put a new battery and i turn on the switch and the rc valve motor doesnt turn or i have to start the bike for the valve motor to work?

Other than this the bike is great condition and looks the pure honda age resistant quality

I need some parts and the bike will run great i belive i don't know where to go for OEM parts any ideas?
