Looks like everything has just about been covered, so all I'll say is how refreshing it is to get decent pictures demonstrating your issues! Thank you!!
You wouldn't believe how often we are asked to diagnose problems by looking at a blurry image taken with a mobile phone, that even the ACIU at Medmenham (Google it!) would've had trouble deciphering!!
Like Charles and Matt both say though, make sure you get the inlet manifold replaced immediately, else you are looking at a siezure. You are lucky it's not already died!!
