I've seen lots of NSR engines in crashed bikes with the water pump spigot smashed off, or cracked. possibly something to do with the Japs having low kerbing on their roads of something.....dunno.

Personally I've thrown the NSR down the road a plenty, and I've never done any real damage to the engine. I sent one spinning end over end over the tyre wall and the engine didn't have a scratch.......needed a new frame though.....oh, and bent a set of F3 forks and bent the proarm and bent the RS250 rear wheel and snapped the carbon handlebars and, and, and ......

Engine was fine though.

Boss wasn't amused Embarassed
